This site, www.cheshirenetword.org.uk, is funded by Cheshire County Council to promote
excellence in adult language learning. Use of the site is provided by Cheshire County Council
subject to the following terms. By using the site you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Intellectual Property
1.1 While the resources on this site have been made publicly accessible over the
Internet, they are subject to copyright and design rights. Copyright is claimed by
www.cheshirenetword.org.uk and all intellectual property rights are reserved.
1.2 The resources have been designed for teachers to use in teaching. Teachers may download
any of the pages, and print/copy them for use in the classroom or for distribution to learners,
with the following conditions:
- The materials are used complete with copyright line and Cheshire County
Council logo, except in the case of pages designed to be cut into individual components.
- Full authorship is recognised.
1.3 Educational establishments may include links to www.cheshirenetword.org.uk in syllabuses,
schemes of work and lesson plans on their own websites/intranets with prior permission,
obtained via the email link on the front page of this site.
1.4 None of the content and images located at www.cheshirenetword.org.uk may be downloaded
and housed on any VLE without prior permission, obtained as for 1.3.
1.5 No permission is given to use in any way any of the site content other than for educational
purposes. The materials may not be re-posted on any other web site or copied for any other
purpose. You may not modify, link to for profit or sell the material retrieved from this site.
2. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
2.1 Cheshire County Council makes every effort to ensure the currency, accuracy and reliability
of the information contained in www.cheshirenetword.org.uk. However, the Council and its
employees will not be held responsible for any form of loss or misinformation occurring due
